François Salque

About

François Salque is a French cellist who moves fluidly between classical chamber music and improvisation. He collaborates regularly with jazz and world music artists, and is known for his warm, expressive tone. Salque won the First Prize at the Conservatoire de Paris in 1993 and has since built a wide-ranging career as both a soloist and chamber musician.
