Mississippi Heat is a Chicago blues band founded in 1991 by harmonica player Pierre Lacocque. Their sound draws deep from the Chicago blues tradition, built around soulful vocals and a tight rhythm section. Over the years they have released numerous albums and toured extensively on the international blues circuit.
