MØSTER!
Norwegian instrumental quartet led by saxophonist Kjetil Møster, featuring guitarist Hans Magnus Ryan and drummer Kenneth Kapstad. Experimental jazz and rock fusion inspired by 1970s classics and artists like Fela Kuti and John Coltrane.
Kjetil Traavik Møster (born Bergen, 1976) is a Norwegian saxophonist, clarinettist and composer who has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of jazz, experimental rock and free improvisation. As leader of the quartet Møster! - featuring guitarist Hans Magnus 'Snah' Ryan (Motorpsycho), bassist Nikolai Hængsle (Elephant9) and drummer Kenneth Kapstad (Spidergawd) - he has forged a sound that sits equally at home on a jazz stage and a rock venue.
