The Meltdown
Australian soul band The Meltdown brings emotionally charged music blending soul, R&B, gospel and jazz, with support from Brussels singer-songwriter INNOCNT.
INNOCNT is the solo project of Franco-Belgian singer-songwriter Antoine Innocent, born in Paris to a Romanian mother and a Haitian father who pursued a singing career in the United States. He grew up around stages - touring with his father from an early age - before settling in Brussels, the city he calls home. Blending country, soul, R&B and rock 'n' roll with voice and guitar, he honed his craft partly in a small home studio. In 2024 he made his debut with the EP SIX, guided by Michel Lambot (co-founder of PIAS) and producer Azzedine Djelil.
INNOCNT was a guest on the podcast 'En Avant la Belgique' on Nostalgie+, where he told the story behind his new single 'A Mama Should Know'.
FrontView Magazine reported on the release of 'A Mama Should Know', INNOCNT's first single in 2026, written from the perspective of a child who had to grow up too quickly.
France 24 arts24 portrayed INNOCNT as an emerging talent and highlighted his cosmopolitan background and his mix of R&B, pop and rock.
INNOCNT performed on stage at La Boule Noire in Paris on 23 January 2025, with Mutha Madiba as the opening act.
INNOCNT performed at the Fifty Lab Music Festival and released his debut EP SIX, accompanied by PIAS co-founder Michel Lambot and producer Azzedine Djelil.
