Janne Schra

Janne Schra has been making distinctive music for nearly two decades. Known as the frontwoman of Room Eleven - with whom she achieved gold and platinum records and performed at major festivals including the Montreal Jazz Festival - she has since built a solo career that earned her a Silver Harp award, a nomination for the Annie M.G. Schmidt Prize, and a Jazz Edison.

Her new album Work Out comes out in March, co-written with guitarist Laurens Radstake. The album was recorded at Studio 237 in Paris, together with producer Albin de la Simone and drummer Raphaël Chassin (Nouvelle Vague).
