Bleghfest

Bleghfest was born from a genuine need. When Bar American - the go-to venue for metal and hard rock fans in Middelburg - closed its doors after the pandemic, Owen Aza Glansdorp and Lorenzo Meeuws founded BLEGH in 2022, supported by Welzijn Middelburg's Young Leaders programme. What started as playing music at metal shows in De Spot quickly grew: a sold-out evening at De Croone with over 200 visitors, followed by twelve bar nights. After a successful first edition in 2025, there is now a second edition of Bleghfest.

Bodyfarm was founded in 2009 as an old-school death metal band. The current four-piece lineup plays with more black metal influences than in their early years. With their fifth album Ultimate Abomination, they present a combination of groove and crushing production.

A Knight Under Maria's Altar initially focused on a raw sound full of breakdowns and aggressive riffs; now the emphasis is on emotional depth and melodic intensity. Live, they take the audience through different phases of processing - spectators become part of the confrontation and growth.

No Kings Allowed combines metalcore, deathcore and symphonic influences. The band from the Netherlands and Belgium explores themes of war, oppression and resistance on their EP Dark Reign. Man as Plague closes the evening with death, groove and core. The band has previously played at Herrie Fest, Achterhoeks Metalfest, Harnbarg Metalfest, Avond van Andijk and Hoornse Stadsfeesten.
