Janne Schra (born 1981 in Laren) is a Dutch singer-songwriter and visual artist who first gained wide recognition as the frontwoman of Room Eleven, earning gold and platinum records and performing at the Montreal Jazz Festival and in cities including Tokyo and Johannesburg. Since launching her solo career in 2010 she has won a Zilveren Harp, an Edison Jazz Award and received a nomination for the Annie M.G. Schmidt Prize. Her album Work Out, recorded in Paris with French producer and multi-instrumentalist Albin de la Simone, was released in March 2026.
Janne Schra announces a club tour of eleven shows through the Netherlands in September and October 2026 to promote Work Out; tickets cost between β¬ 19.50 and β¬ 26.-.
The album Work Out is released on 13 March 2026 via the independent label AT EASE, with ten tracks recorded in Paris.
