Dancing Queen turns fifty this year - and with nearly 2 billion streams on Spotify, it remains ABBA's most popular song. That glissando on the piano, the Eurodisco beat with the bass guitar upfront, the voices of Agnetha and Anni-Frid: it was the opening single from the album Arrival (autumn 1976) and the band knew immediately - this would become a world hit.

The eight-piece ABBA tribute band Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! played to a sold-out crowd at De Spot last year and is returning for a second show. Dancing Queen receives special attention for the anniversary, but of course all the greatest hits will be performed.
