Nona

Nona grew up surrounded by vinyl in her parents' record shop in Uden. Her pop music, infused with soul, blues and rock, is often compared to Amy Winehouse's sound: raw, lived-in and powerful. In 2018 she broke through with the single It's Alright, followed by her debut album Nona (2019) - earning an Edison nomination for Best Newcomer. Her second album No Tears In My Champagne reached nearly 20 million streams and showcased a more mature sound, full of personal stories and soulful melodies.

In the years that followed, she built a reputation as a live performer, with appearances at Pinkpop and North Sea Jazz. Thematically, her music revolves around personal growth, independence and care.
