Bombus

Bombus hails from Gothenburg and took a different path than many of their Swedish contemporaries: not melodic death metal, but heavy riffs, twin guitars and a punk-rock directness that recalls a late-seventies club venue more than a contemporary metal production.

The five-piece - Feffe, Meiton, Simon, Ola and Peter - have been building an idiosyncratic catalogue since their self-titled debut in 2010: The Poet and the Parrot (2013), Repeat Until Death (2016), Vulture Culture (2019) and the raw Your Blood in 2024. Along the way they shared the stage with Clutch, Danko Jones, Graveyard and Monster Magnet.

Bombus plays hard, tight and without pause.
