New Purple Celebration doesn't play 'Purple Rain', '1999' or 'Little Red Corvette' - tonight focuses on the hidden gems and funky grooves from Prince's extensive catalogue.

Founded in 2004 by frontman Jimi Love, the band has toured extensively ever since. Their core mission: capturing the essence of a real Prince show, with music from start to finish and an energetic live performance that keeps the audience on their feet.

New Purple Celebration takes the stage with a full lineup of guitar, keyboards, drums and horns - and without backing tracks. Everything you hear is played live.
