Electric Six

On 21 November, Electric Six takes the stage at MEZZ. With hits like 'Danger! High Voltage' and 'Gay Bar', they prove that no subject or genre is off-limits in their hands - the six-piece blend disco, metal, garage, funk, new wave, rock and punk into one wild mix.

They broke through in 2003 with 'Danger! High Voltage', featuring Jack White on backing vocals. In 23 years they've released 18 albums - each one an idiosyncratic blend of genres and themes. Raw, epic songs alternate with nasty ballads and the occasional cover - they've already taken 'Radio Ga Ga' around the world with great success.

What do you expect from a band full of characters like Dick Valentine, Two Handed Bob and Tait Nucleus? Electric Six have played Lowlands and Lollapalooza, and now they're coming to MEZZ to tear the place apart with an outrageous show.
