On Thursday, 16 September 2026 (19:30 - 21:30) KunstenHuis Idea organizes a lecture on heart health at Bibliotheek Soest, as part of a September dedicated to heart and cardiovascular awareness.

Speaker is Ellen de Jong, orthomolecular and epigenetic therapist at Epivitaal. She explores the influence of nutrition, lifestyle, stress, exercise and nutritional deficiencies on heart and blood vessels. Why does blood pressure rise? What role do inflammation, sugar, sleep and stress play? And how does nutrition support the body naturally? The lecture is practical in approach and aimed at actionable insights for those actively engaged with health - whether for prevention or because cardiovascular issues are becoming more relevant.
