You need to keep coordinating about the children, school and practical matters - but almost every message feels like a minefield. You rewrite your texts multiple times, because one wrong word can be enough to escalate everything. Co-parenting with someone with narcissistic traits requires more than just good communication: where collaboration should exist, conflict arises, agreements are constantly questioned and the focus shifts from the children to control or being right.

This interactive (follow-up) lecture explores what drives this dynamic, why reasonableness often doesn't help and how you can stand firm without constantly ending up in arguments or defending yourself. You'll learn to keep communication brief and clear, with attention to your own peace of mind and your children's stability. The lecture takes place in a small group of a maximum of 25 participants.

Instructor Christine Hemel is a trauma therapist, coach and lived-experience expert. She guides women who still struggle with the influence of a narcissistic ex after a toxic relationship. In her lectures she combines professional knowledge with personal commitment: participants gain insight into narcissism and manipulative patterns, recognize their impact and learn first steps to stand more firmly again.
