In this interactive lecture, trauma therapist, coach and lived-experience expert Christine Hemel provides clear insights into narcissism, narcissistic abuse, and how this dynamic works in relationships. You'll learn to recognize manipulative patterns such as twisting words, blame-shifting, and gaslighting - precisely because this often happens gradually, you don't immediately notice what's going on. There is also attention to what happens inside you during that contact: why you keep searching for clarity, and what helps you stand firm again and gradually regain control.

Christine Hemel works with women who still struggle with the impact of a narcissistic ex after a toxic relationship. In her lectures, she combines professional expertise with personal commitment.
