New Cool Collective

New Cool Collective performs with their 8-piece band, blending jazz, funk, Latin, afrobeat and dance. Tight grooves, ample space for improvisation and a strong emphasis on rhythm and danceability take centre stage.

The band has existed since 1993, emerging from the collaboration between saxophonist Benjamin Herman and DJ Graham B. In 2024 they released the album Everything is OK, which draws on the anything-goes mentality that has defined the band from the start. Innovative horn arrangements, orchestral influences and a playful approach to production shine through.

New Cool Collective has previously played Paradiso and Ronnie Scott's, and keeps one thing in mind at every show: "Get the people moving."
