Benjamin Herman's European Alto Festival

Benjamin Herman brings the European Alto Festival to Bimhuis in Amsterdam on Friday, 2 October. The festival is a tribute to the alto saxophone, inspired by Piet Noordijk. This is one of nine Dutch dates where Herman presents the festival this year. Bimhuis, adjoining the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ, is Amsterdam's leading venue for jazz and improvised music. From the main hall, you look out over the water - a distinctive setting for the evening. Tickets cost € 26 or € 22.
