Wereldse Whisky Tasting

On Saturday, 19 September, a whisky tasting takes place on the terrace of Café De Vrienden in Heerlen. Your host is Max Foxen, a certified Advanced Whisky Ambassador & Bourbon Steward, who has guided over 1,000 participants.

The programme features six whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, America and the Netherlands. Foxen explains the labels in plain language, so you know what's in your glass. Whether you're an experienced enthusiast or tasting for the first time - the evening adapts to your pace.

During the tasting you can order snacks from Café De Vrienden. Those who wish to stay afterwards can visit the bar, which has more than 50 specialty beers on the menu.

Places are limited to a maximum of 60 participants.
