Maison Chanson

Maison Chanson is a cabaret collective of five young artists. Actors and musicians Dim Koning, Timo Dries, Marit Oudshoorn and Roman Derwig met during their studies at the Amsterdam Drama School and Cabaret Academy, where they discovered their shared passion for Dutch and French chanson. Together with conservatory pianist Esther Jacobs, they form the ensemble.

At Theater De Liefde they present an evening-length programme of chansons and cabaret songs - from Jacques Brel to Maarten van Roozendaal, from Piaf to Shaffy. The production is directed by Maarten Heijmans.
