Jaap Robben - The Last Names of Lukasz

Jaap Robben visits De Oostkerk in Middelburg for a literary evening about his new novel "The Last Names of Lukasz". The book follows a daughter searching for her missing father and tells a European story about labour migration, identity, origins and loss.

Robben is known for novels such as "Birk", "Zomervacht", "Zwijgmannen" and "Schemerleven", work that is translated and awarded worldwide.

During the evening he discusses his new book and his writing. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and have books signed.
