Jet van der Steen is no polished pop star. She writes with a sharp pen, has a big heart, and a middle finger in her back pocket for anyone who underestimates her.

Her sound combines electronics with distinctive pop. With the single 'Dans Op Het Mes', she achieved over three million streams and grew her audience internationally. In early 2026, she performed at ESNS for the first time, where she was immediately named 3FM Talent and received praise from outlets including NRC and Volkskrant.

That summer she played Pinkpop, Lowlands and Breda Barst. At the end of 2026, she closed the year with the release of her debut album and a release show in the largest hall of Melkweg. In 2027, she continues touring the country - and returns to MEZZ Breda, this time in the Grote Zaal.
