Dan Owen

British singer-songwriter Dan Owen began his career in the local pubs of Shropshire, where he performed with his sister under the name Bluesboy Dan. There he played covers of Robert Johnson and John Lee Hooker. His Bob Dylan cover 'The Ballad of Hollis Brown' went viral, leading to support slots including with Birdy.

On 'The Willow Tree' he showcased his most personal work, recorded with guitarist Ariel Posen and deliberately retaining studio sounds like a barking dog in the background. His new album 'Neptune' is now out.
