Lutherse Kerk x MEZZ: Lambert

Lambert is an idiosyncratic musician and composer who performs with his distinctive Sardinian mask. His melodic piano pieces are hypnotic and evoke a dreamy atmosphere.

On his new album 'I AM NOT LAMBERT', he combines jazz, pop and electronica - familiar Lambert territory, but also new ground. For the first time there is notable vocals: Lambert sings himself in a vocoder-like language on 'Spirit', and Kat Frankie, Dekker and Goodwin also lend their voices to the album. Without losing his recognizable sound, he explores more personal and sometimes vulnerable layers.

Live he alternates between stillness and intensity, from fragile piano moments to layered compositions where electronics, jazz influences and pop converge.

This concert is presented by MEZZ in collaboration with the Lutherse Kerk. There is free seating, with both standing and seated areas. Location: Veemarktstraat 11, Breda.
