About

The Sewing Club are a Nashville, Tennessee indie rock band formed in 2022 by Hannah McElroy, Stephen Meaux, Justin McKinney and Zach McCoy. Starting out in college-house basements, they built a sound rooted in blown-out guitars, shoegaze textures and the raw directness of nineties alternative rock. Their 2024 debut EP 'Care' was recorded with Calvin Lauber (Julien Baker), Alex Farrar (Wednesday) and Henry Stoehr of Slow Pulp. After festival slots at SXSW and Left of the Dial and support tours with Soccer Mommy and Protomartyr, they release their debut full-length 'Sew' via Born Losers Records in October 2026.
