Sam Newbould is a British alto saxophonist and composer from Yorkshire, based in the European jazz scene. He leads an international quintet that has performed at North Sea Jazz and Jazzahead. His album *Homing* was nominated for an Edison Award, and his new record *One day we'll have a window* is out on Dox Records.
