Haunted Stage

Four bands, dark rock and Halloween: Haunted Stage brings an evening of heavy guitars, dark sounds and young musical talent to De Gelderlandfabriek on Halloween. The evening is presented by PodiumPioniers and operates on a Pay What You Can basis.

The initiative comes from Høbbel, a young band that has performed at De Gelderlandfabriek before. For Haunted Stage, the band assembled a line-up of four acts, each exploring the dark side of rock in their own way. Background music this is not - the volume goes up.

Høbbel is the initiator, co-programmer and performing band all in one, delivering heavy, dark rock that forms the heart of the evening. My Dear combines melody with heavy guitars and fits well within the dark intensity of the line-up. Red Rain adds raw energy and rock, with a name that bodes little good for a white shirt. De Afsluitdijk floods the room with guitars, energy and individuality, contrary to what the name suggests.

PodiumPioniers transforms De Gelderlandfabriek for one evening into a place where music, Halloween and young creativity come together. Dressing up is welcome and encouraged, but not required. Entry works on a Pay What You Can basis: you pay what you can and want for your ticket, so everyone can join.
