Dio Alive | Tribute to Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Dio

Dio Alive is a tribute to Ronnie James Dio and his years with Rainbow and Black Sabbath. The band was formed in 2023 and is led by Dutch vocalist John "Jaycee" Cuijpers. The repertoire spans from solo work through his time with Rainbow and Black Sabbath - from "Man on the Silver Mountain" and "Stargazer" to "Holy Diver" and "Heaven and Hell" - featuring radio-friendly hits, dramatic epics and ballads.

"Ronnie James Dio was undoubtedly one of the most important singers in hard rock and heavy metal," says Cuijpers. "Our goal is to share his timeless music and passion with the audience." Alongside Cuijpers is guitarist Frank Pané, who has previously shared the stage with Ian Paice, Bobby Kimball and Dave Bickler.
