Actor, cabaret performer and musician Guido Spek brings his new show "Voor Spek en Bonen" to De Theaterbakkerij in Gouda on Thursday, 11 February 2027. Doors open: 19:30, show starts: 20:00.

As a child, Guido Spek made grand plans to conquer the world. In this performance, he examines that youthful enthusiasm and asks himself: why hasn't he started on those plans after all these years?

Spek explores where his perfectionism comes from, why he takes "not taking himself seriously" so seriously, and why he feels the best is yet to come. He does this with humour, relatable stories and sharp songs - the result is a musical cabaret programme about procrastination, making choices and the fear of finishing things.
