Bettie Serveert

Bettie Serveert takes the stage on 25 September at Poppodium Nieuwe Nor. Since the early 1990s, the band has been regarded as one of the most influential alternative rock bands from the Netherlands, with a distinctive sound that combines indie rock, guitar noise, and introspective songwriting.

With their debut album Palomine (1992), released via Matador Records, the band achieved international breakthrough. The follow-up Lamprey (1995) solidified that position, followed by extensive tours with acts including Dinosaur Jr. and Jeff Buckley. With the single Evil Side (2026), the band demonstrates they remain active.

The live programme combines new material with classics, with Palomine taking a prominent role.
