Paceshifters play Nevermind - Nirvana + support: Cloudsurfers

Nevermind came out 35 years ago and still sounds urgent today. For Paceshifters, a Dutch rock trio that has been touring Europe for 15 years, Nirvana is a major source of inspiration. They do not perform the album in full, but a set of tracks from Nevermind supplemented with other Nirvana songs.

Support comes from Cloudsurfers, a five-piece band from Nijmegen that combines garage punk, post-grunge and psychedelic rock. Their newer work emphasizes tension, hooks and melody alongside the raw speed of their earlier material. Live they are known for their explosive energy, having played both Dutch and international stages.

After the concert there is an afterparty with Altoooooh! in the culture room of Groene Engel.
