Jazz à la Carte

At Jazz à la Carte, conservatory students, semi-professionals and amateur musicians perform together under the guidance of an experienced jazz combo. Earlier that afternoon, a workshop led by jazz pianist Patrick Holleeder focused on improvisation skills, stage presence, ensemble playing and artistic development.

The concert builds directly on that workshop: expect surprising combinations and spontaneous musical interactions in a relaxed atmosphere with room for experimentation.

The event is organized by Connie van Koningsbrugge, a professional jazz singer and vocal coach, and Yvette Ros, organizer of music sessions at Theater De Fransche School and pianist in various jazz ensembles.
