Amy's Legacy (Tribute to Amy Winehouse, NL)

Amy's Legacy pays musical tribute to Amy Winehouse - not an imitation or costume show, but a raw, sharp and vulnerable musical interpretation. Singer Susanne explains: "I am not Amy and I don't pretend to be. I just want to perform her beautiful songs as well as I can. Trying to imitate her would fall short on every front. So I prefer to stay Suus singing Amy Winehouse songs."

The setlist features the big hits - Rehab, Back to Black, Valerie - but also songs reflecting Amy's love for girl groups from the 1950s and 60s. During her live concerts she loved exploring ska and reggae, and the band has included the swinging numbers from those genres: Monkey Man and You're Wondering Now are on the programme.
