Don Diego Trio (Rockabilly, Surf, Rock&Roll, Italy)

Don Diego Trio returns to the stage at Café de Cactus on Thursday, September 3, 2026. "Don" Diego Geraci, a 50-year-old guitarist from Sicily, formed his own trio after twenty years with the Adels. The sound combines classic rockabilly, sixties country and honky tonk, with a tight and danceable rhythm section as the foundation.

The trio has recorded multiple albums, including one in Austin, Texas ("Greetings From Austin") and one at the Sun Records Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. They toured the US four times and performed alongside Dale Watson, Bill Kirchen, Deke Dickerson, Ray Campi and Carl Sonny Leyland. Don Diego also performed on this stage last November, then with The Church of Cash.
