Selah Sue & The Gallands

About

Selah Sue & The Gallands is the collaborative project of Belgian singer-songwriter Selah Sue (born Sanne Putseys, 1989, Leuven) and the father-son duo Stéphane and Elvin Galland - jazz drummer and keyboardist-producer respectively. The partnership grew out of a June 2025 carte blanche set at Jazz Middelheim in Antwerp, leading to the album Movin' (March 2026), which blends organic groove, improvisational jazz and Selah Sue's soulful voice. Selah Sue had already built an international career on hits such as 'Raggamuffin' and 'This World', with collaborations alongside Childish Gambino, Marcus Miller and CeeLo Green.
