Ezra Collective are a British jazz quintet from London, led by drummer Femi Koleoso alongside his brother TJ Koleoso, keyboardist Joe Armon-Jones, trumpeter Ife Ogunjobi and saxophonist James Mollison. The five met through the youth programme Tomorrow's Warriors and built a sound that weaves jazz together with Afrobeat, hip-hop and soul. Their Mercury Prize-winning album "Where I'm Meant to Be" (2022) and their BRIT Award for Group of the Year in 2025 - the first jazz act to win that prize - mark them out as one of the most significant British bands of their generation.
Ezra Collective will release their fourth studio album 'Here Because of Hope' on September 18, 2026 via Partisan Records, featuring collaborations with Pa Salieu, Lila Iké, Leona Lewis and Libianca, among others.
