Joe Jackson (born 1954 in Burton upon Trent) is a British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who broke through in 1979 with the new wave album "Look Sharp!". Hits like "Is She Really Going Out with Him?" and "Steppin' Out" earned him a loyal international following, and "Hope and Fury" (2026) marks his return to rock after seven years.
