Gogol Bordello is a New York-based gypsy punk band founded in 1999 by Ukrainian frontman Eugene Hütz on Manhattan's Lower East Side. The multicultural eight-piece blends Eastern European Romani and Ukrainian folk with punk, hardcore and dub, and has built a reputation over two decades for relentlessly energetic live shows. Their 2007 album 'Super Taranta!' is considered a landmark of the genre; in February 2026 they released their ninth studio album 'We Mean It, Man!' on Hütz's own Casa Gogol Records.
