Basic Channel is a Berlin-based electronic music project founded by Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus. In the early 1990s they forged a distinctive sound that blends minimal techno with dub, releasing music on their own label of the same name. Their work has had a lasting influence on dub techno as a genre.
