And Also the Trees is a British post-punk band from Inkberrow, formed in 1979. Their sound is dark and atmospheric, built around brooding guitar lines and the deep baritone of singer Simon Jones, placing them firmly in the gothic rock tradition. Their 1984 debut album was released on a label connected to The Cure's Robert Smith.
