The Gashouder is a monumental 19th-century gas holder on the Westergasfabriek site in Amsterdam. Its circular industrial shell - over 45 metres across - holds thousands of visitors and hosts large club nights, festivals and trade events. The raw architecture and distinctive round layout have made it one of the most recognisable event spaces in the Netherlands.
