Matinee: Christmas Inc - A Profitable Christmas Musical (with John Buijsman)

What is Christmas really about, and what happens when we demand what truly matters?

Christmas Incorporated is a comic Christmas musical about consumerism: how our obsession with profit and growth has hijacked even the most 'magical' traditions, making overconsumption more important than people's real wishes. In this satirical production, John Buijsman plays Santa as CEO of Christmas Incorporated, one of the world's most powerful companies and a key player behind the scenes of global theatre. When the children's wishes this year turn out very differently than expected, the Christmas elves rebel. Can they save Christmas?

Good to know: doors open at 18:30, dinner starts at 19:00. The price includes a vegetarian three-course menu (vegan or gluten-free diets can be brought along). There are also matinees without dinner on Saturday 19, Sunday 20, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 December, from € 19.50 to € 24.50. The production is suitable from age 12.
