Christmas Inc, a Profitable Christmas Musical (with John Buijsman) (premiere)

Christmas Incorporated is a comic Christmas musical about consumerism: how the obsession with profit and endless growth has hijacked even the most 'magical' traditions, and overconsumption has become more important than people's real wishes.

In this satirical production, Santa Claus - played by John Buijsman - is the CEO of Christmas Incorporated, one of the most powerful companies in the world and a key figure in the backrooms of world affairs. When the children's wishes this year turn out very differently than expected, everything threatens to go wrong and the Christmas elves rebel. Will they manage to save Christmas?
