Deurloo & Goudsmit ft. John Buijsman

Hermine Deurloo and Anton Goudsmit, former fellow students at the Amsterdam Conservatory, have resumed their collaboration. Hermine's chromatic harmonica and Anton's guitar playing form the heart of this afternoon, complemented by the musical, poetic and theatrical contributions of actor John Buijsman.

The programme features a varied repertoire, interspersed with recitations centred on empathy. You may even meet Kees, John's French poodle. As an extra surprise, John himself sings a few pieces - to the surprise of both the audience and himself.

About the artists: Anton Goudsmit is a guitarist and composer. Hermine Deurloo is known for her lyrical, warm tone and has previously performed with Steve Gadd, Mike Boddé and the Metropole Orkest. John Buijsman began acting at thirty and recently played the role of Grandpa Jan in the film Bennie.
