De Belangelozen - Via Rudolphi Producties & Collectief T&T

In De Belangelozen we follow Sam: a volunteer with a big heart for people in poverty and an unshakeable belief that he can make a difference. He works through stacks of letters, calls creditors and keeps the participation society running - in fast, recognizable scenes that paint an honest portrait of the millions of volunteers doing what the government neglects.

The production explores how we deal with a growing group of people in poverty, the beauty and sustainability of the ecosystem of volunteers and organizations that fills the gap left by the government. And about Sam. The production was created in collaboration with Humanitas, a national volunteer organization with 78 branches.
