Amsterdam Kleinkunst Festival Finalists Tour 2026

The three finalists of the Amsterdam Kleinkunst Festival are on tour: Annica Muller (AKF Sonneveldprijs winner), Daan Put (AKF Audience Prize winner), and Dorelia Schraven (AKF Shaffy Cheque winner). After months of writing, editing, try-outs across the country, coaching from professional directors, masterclasses and the finals at the Kleine Komedie, they now take the stage for the finalists tour.

What you see is no accident. It is work that has matured - programmes with backbone, sharp humour, musical power and stories that reveal something. Sometimes light and playful, sometimes raw and confrontational, always personal.

Theaterkrant wrote about the final evening: "Personal stories with urgency, courage and honesty form the common thread of this 39th final evening of the Amsterdam Kleinkunst Festival." De Volkskrant added that the participants in Amsterdam "actively explore the boundaries between theatre, music theatre and performance."

The AKF has existed since 1988 and previously supported artists such as Stefano Keizers, Glodi Lugungu, Rosa da Silva, Lotte Velvet, Valentina Tóth, Luuk Ransijn, Yentl en de Boer, and Wina Ricardo - names that began as promise and grew into leading voices in the kleinkunst field.
