Brutal Apes 4+

On a construction site, Ape and Ape work hard. Then another Ape appears - not just different, but really DIFFERENT different. He's certainly not brutal. To humans that sounds normal, but for Apes it's truly very strange. What is he doing here? And why doesn't he just go somewhere else?
