Garrett T. Capps (USA) + Little Mazarn (USA) + Carson McHone (USA)

Garrett T. Capps is a singer-songwriter from San Antonio, Texas, who blends honky-tonk and psychedelic country into what he calls "space country". On his new album I Still Love San Antone, he celebrates his hometown's culture: country rock with retro touches, psychedelic sounds, and songs like "Breakfast Tacos with Satan" and a cover of Home in San Antone.

Little Mazarn - the project of songwriter and vocalist Lindsey Verrill and saw virtuoso Jeff Johnston - opens the show. They create minimalist, alternative folk with a dreamy character.

Carson McHone performs as second support. The Texas songwriter brings a set from the layered folk and country repertoire of her album Pentimento (Merge Records), which she has already presented in Europe. In 2022 she performed at VERA as support for Daniel Romano's Outfit. Expect songs that move between folk, desert noir, and classic rock songwriting.
