The Adell Trio takes the stage at Theater Landgraaf for an evening of gypsy music rooted in the Sinti tradition. Brothers Tsjawo and Moro Adell perform alongside Janusch Hallema, drawing on a repertoire that reaches back to this centuries-old musical heritage.

Tsjawo Adell plays lead guitar - his style is a tribute to his great inspiration Django Reinhardt. Moro Adell drives the ensemble forward on rhythm guitar, while Janusch Hallema's bass lines and vocals give the trio its distinctive energy.

Guitar and double bass interlock tightly: rhythms surge, accelerate and slow, and the silences carry as much weight as the notes themselves.
