On 24 December 2026, Jan Akkerman turns 80. To mark the occasion, he embarks on a special anniversary tour of concert halls.

Together with his band, vocalist Phil Bee and special guest Laurie Akkerman (his daughter), he presents a musical retrospective spanning more than six decades of his career. The setlist ranges from The Hunters and Brainbox through his international successes with Focus to material from his most recent studio album Close Beauty.

This is a standing concert.
