Bram Bakker & Fabio D'Agata

Description was written before the event
In 'Intelligent Movement', sports specialist Fabio D'Agata and former psychiatrist Bram Bakker explore the interplay between body and mind. What happens in your head when you move - and what if your head doesn't listen to your body?
This theatre lecture addresses the pressure on our health, partly because we use our bodies less and less: rising absenteeism, long waiting lists in healthcare. 'Intelligent Movement' shows what happens when body and mind clash, and how they can find each other again.
Bram Bakker is a former psychiatrist, partner at Runningtherapie and author of, among other works, Running as Body Work. Fabio D'Agata is a sports specialist, author of Intelligent Movement and founder of SPAT Verandert.
